Is it possible? I say YES! Join me in the countdown. I have around ten months to get "ripped" before my birthday in October, 2009 when I will turn 50.
A lifetime of attempts and failures -
If you are like me you have already tried a number of diets, regimens, techniques, costly supplements that have not helped you to acheive lasting results with continued successes piled one atop the another. Rather, you found yourself in peak shape at times only to blow it off temporarily and end up sliding back into the abyss of lethargy and weight gain. Either the appetitite came back like a force of nature or the number and length of trips to the gym simply burned you out. GOOD NEWS! You can stop punishing yourself today. This thing called healthy living is not due to a lack of self esteem, motivation, faith, or effort. If you are like me you may have taken it so hard at times that it the self defeating attitudes started to set in and take over and the battle became overwhelmingly mental. In this site I am going to share my journey as a reset point and then prove to myself and anyone else who wants to know: - How its done - What effort it takes - Where it comes from - Who figured it out - And most importantly, DOES IT WORK!
Why am I so sure I can do it?
What program or techniques will I use? Is it a magic bullet? Am I going to endorse somebodies pill or potion?
The answer is "NO". It is not essential that I ask you to contribute to my goal of health and fitness. The rewards I will gain will be worth every bit of the effort, but I will make an occassional refferal and recomendation about those that I am partnered with.
Just an average guy that is learning what the rewards of a healthy mind body and soul will really cost. I'll give you the "straight up" truth about whether its worth it and if I am am willing to pay the price. See for yourself what it takes - then you be the judge!!!!1
