Wow. The response my body is having is amazing. Feel like I am detoxifying. Workout is really rather simple and took only 20 minutes.
Low carb regimen ramped up protein and cut the carbs out, did not feel hungry!
Weight 210 - lost 5 pounds!

Thank you for the encouragement. Can you share how you get your photos to show the way they do?
Mark, I use an "old" photo program called, "MGI Photosuite" I think they have updated versions of it...probably better features, too. but it works for me. I think Adam uses Photoshop program. I am guessing any photo editing program will work.
